Cell health

Another factor that cells in our body must have to function optimally is a ph range of 7.35 to 7.45. If the environment within our cells is too acid or too alkaline it will cause our cells to not function correctly.

The third factor which keeps our cells from functioning correctly is cell stress.
Prescription drugs have many negative effects on our cells and cause them stress.
Alcohol is also damaging to our cells. Brain cells are poisoned as are liver and
respiratory system.

A final internal factor for our cells to function optimally is adequate pure water. Many cell activities, such as food digestion and action of electrolytes, are harmed when we do not drink enough water.
